Ready-to-ship pieces are normally prepared after the order is confirmed. Made-to-order, customised, bridal and bulk requirements can take longer; the confirmed timeline will be shared in your quotation.

Timelines may change when a design needs approval, a material is being sourced or a delivery address is difficult to service. We will keep you informed of material changes.

We coordinate deliveries across India and can discuss international requirements on request. Shipping charges, insurance, taxes and any special handling are destination and order dependent.

Please check the outer package at delivery and contact us promptly if it appears damaged or incomplete. Keep the packaging and share photographs so our team can help investigate.
