We use enquiry details to prepare personalised quotations, answer questions, coordinate delivery discussions and provide customer support.

We may use the information to improve our catalogue and service experience. SpiceBliss does not use your enquiry to process an online payment.

We share information only with team members and service partners who need it to respond to your request, fulfil an agreed order or support delivery. We do not sell personal information.

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, legal and relationship-management purposes, then delete or anonymise it where practical.

You can ask us to update, correct or delete information connected with your enquiry, subject to records we are required to keep. You can also ask us to stop non-essential follow-up messages.
